Me : An INtrO of MYSELF
Hai to all of you,
There was a rare union of the planets on the evening of September 5 , 1983 and suddenly there was a flash at 5:46 pm bringing to life a happy go lucky guy by the name Gullapalli Sree Surya Kumar. That is too much for an introduction right, fine in the present world the tool to success is exaggeration.
Going in the chronological order, I joined school at the age of 5 and took admission directly to the Upper Kinder Garden, (don't know who gave me a promotion). This was at Naval kinder garden school in Mumbai . Didwell and got promoted to 1st class, come on yaar changed the school, so big an acheivement (primary school.!!! dude). Did my schooling till my 2nd class in K.V, Mumbai. After that got kicked (dad got transfered) to the town named Rajahmundry(meaning the kings seal). Joined a school which was well known (only till I joined) named St.Ann's, don't mistake it to be a girls school, change your thought module a bit and take it as a co-education institute. Struggled a lot (the teachers) and made a wonderful impression, just tell my name in the school and the walls will also respond (only them, as I was a part of them most of the times having a good exercise of having an invisible seat by the name "wall chair",learned a lot of stress handling techniques though). What else can a person get as a reward in the class except the back bench (u should only be a back bencher to know that) and that too when there are two beatiful Anglo Indians on either side (first thought it to be a lot inconvenient but later came to know its own +ve's as this went on in from 8th to 10th). Then wrote the exams and that too well (unusual u know), the FIR was released and I got 80% ( not a joke guys in ICSE).
Till now I was only on ripples, now started the Tsunami. Inspite of my tiresome efforts of joining a Govt. college my parents forced me into a pvt. college and the timings morning 7 to evening 7. Now that was too much but, considerable to an extent as there were three awesome girls to look at, whenever the class seemed boring, especially the Sanskrit class was like screwing guys. In addition to that we had weekend exams every wednesday which were always written well (thanks to Vivekananda, the roll number before me). The first year was fine. Next because of a blackhead, seperate classes were allocated to boys and girls and life became the Andaman. Then I took a vow that yes I should work very hard and prove myself, plan out, schedule everything so perfectly that everyone at my house thought I was a regular student, I still owe 50 rupees to my post man who helped me a lot taking personal care and handing over all my letters from my college to me and no one else. wrote EAMCET and somehow managed to get into Engineering to a very prestigious and well known institute by the name Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engg, Vizag set in the prime location which could be accessed only by foot for a distance of 1.5 kms, had a lot of greenary and our neigbours being the forest dwellers. Did Mechanical Engineering , tried for many girls, everyday after my 1st year I remember WE (my gang of 7) were in the google process and I was the head hunter. But you know none of us could get our kind of a girl. fine the acads were quite ok which had to be for an engineering student and then did a project on "ROBOTICS" (the only thing I did Wantingly) in the final year. The enggg life was over and I really felt happy to leave the college (but of course, dil maange always more right, cannot help).
Came to Bangalore in May 2004, and as soon as I came I joined n industry which could accomodate characters like me and was looking forward to them only ( BPO's) jopined ICICI OneSource and worked for 6 months, after that thought let us write MBA and wrote CAT got a percentile of 87 (fine my thought module is like: "Aim for success, not perfection. Never give up your right to be wrong, because then you lose the ability to learn new things and to move forward with your life" So wrote some more exams and expecting a call from Symbiosis. Lets Hope for the best. Thank you patient Readers.
